The Career Technical School Building Assistance Loan Program (CT Loan) was a zero (0) interest revolving loan fund to assist eligible career-technical districts with the construction or renovation of facilities or the purchase of vocational education equipment.

This program has been discontinued.  Funding for joint vocational schools is available through the Vocational Facilities Assistance Program (VFAP).
