Declaration Regarding Material Assistance/Nonassistance to a Terrorist Organization (DMA)
DMA. is an acronym for “Declaration Regarding Material Assistance/Nonassistance to a Terrorist Organization.” The DMA is a questionnaire which must be completed by anyone contracting with the State of Ohio to certify that they have not provided “material assistance” to a terrorist organization.
