Ohio Facilities Construction Commission begins operations
On September 10, 2012, OSFC and the State Architect's Office merged to form the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. The Ohio School Facilities Commission continues to exist as a separate commission within the new agency. OSFC will continue to focus on funding K-12 school construction and all OSFC programs remain intact. The authority to approve, award and administer design and construction contracts now falls under the umbrella of the new Ohio Facilities Construction Commission. This site will remain active to provide information about OSFC's programs and processes as we continue Ohio's comprehensive K-12 public school construction program.
By the Numbers
